Interview date and time confirmation via phone or email.
Following the reception of your registration form, we will first send
you some documents to fill out, as well as ask you to provide some
documents to us.
Once all the document have been reviewed, we will contact you via phone or email to set an interview date and time with you.
You will have an interview either in person or via Skype with one of our personnel, according to your location. We will be able to answer any questions you may have about the position at that time. Depending on the position, there may be a simple written test to perform. If the interview is via Skype, please make sure that your device can open and edit Microsoft Word documents.
We will inform the applicants via email whether they are selected or not in a delay that we deem respectable. We can return and/or shred any documents you have provided.
Acceptance of Offer
An official offer stating your working conditions will be sent to the selected applicants. If you accept the terms of the offer, we will have you sign a contract. For our applicants abroad, we will start the visa process and all other necessities for your move to Japan.
You will then undergo an intensive training seminar that aims at improving your skills and giving your information about the Japanese education system, as well as the Board of Education and KBS’s expectations.
At the end of training, you will be dispatched to your school(s) and officially start work as an ALT. You will be supported by the company’s staff in all areas of your life in Japan.
